Your first visit is where we get to know you. Here’s how it goes, what to fill in, and how paying works.

Fill in your forms
Print and complete them before you come, so your first visit moves faster.

Get to know your doctor
We’ll go through your medical history and give you time to get to know your dentist.

Have your exam
A full exam with a TMJ screening, an oral cancer screening, gum probing and x-rays.

Hear your options
You’ll get a diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and the time to ask about them.

Insurance, without the guesswork.
We accept most traditional plans and will happily file your claims. We don’t participate in HMOs. Payment is expected at the time of service, including an estimate of the portion your plan won’t cover.
